Tell us which product and version you're running, your operating system and version, the plugin format (VST3, AU or standalone), and the host application. If something crashed or misbehaved, the steps that led to it are the most valuable thing you can send.

Questions about what an instrument does, whether it fits your workflow, or when it will be available are all welcome. If you'd like to be told when a product is released, say so and we'll note it.
